Chevy Chase’s sense of romance is eerily like mine. It’s comforting to see that there might still be a chance in this world for people like myself.
Caddyshack is a stupidly amusing film. It could do without a few scenes that I think are just too obviously banal, but, then again, that’s part of the charm. Like Kanye West using Auto-Tune on Bon Iver’s Justin Vernon. Cheesy, sign of the times, maybe a bit too much, but that’s okay.
I wish I could design with that much casual-swagger-attitude. I wish I could design with a little less of the angsty, control-freaky part of myself. I think most designers, nay, creators, want that. That’s okay too. We’ll get there, or we’ll die trying.
